Pricing questions

Can I use KinBrief for free?

Yes. The Free plan is for starting one care circle, capturing the basics, and seeing whether KinBrief fits your family's workflow.

Can I invite family members?

Yes. Free is for one parent and one helper. Family supports up to 8 members so siblings, spouses, relatives, and helpers can share the weekly plan.

Why not charge per person?

KinBrief uses a care-circle model because families should not be discouraged from inviting the right people. Paid value scales with care complexity, not seats.

Are documents public?

No. Documents are stored in a private vault and opened through short-lived secure links.

Does KinBrief give medical advice?

No. KinBrief is for family coordination, not medical advice. Confirm health questions with the doctor or care team.

Does AI add tasks automatically?

No. AI suggestions must be reviewed and approved before anything is added to the care plan.

Can I cancel later?

Yes. Owners and admins can manage paid subscriptions through the Stripe billing portal from settings.
